Competition, in the company’s own words · 10-K filed Feb 19, 2026
We operate in a fragmented advertising ecosystem composed of divisions of large, well-established companies as well as privately-held companies. The large companies in our advertising and mobile app ecosystems may play multiple different roles given the breadth of their businesses. Advertisers typically engage with several advertising platforms and networks to purchase advertisements on mobile apps, devices, and on CTV, looking to optimize their marketing investments. Such advertising companies vary in size and include Meta, Google, Amazon, and Unity Software, as well as various private companies, several of which are also our partners and clients. We believe that the principal competitive factors in our market are: • the ability to enhance and improve technologies and offerings; • knowledge, expertise, and experience in the advertising ecosystem; • relationships with third parties in the advertising ecosystem; • the ability to reach and target a large number of users; • the ability to identify and execute on strategic transactions; • the pricing and perceived value of offerings;

Return on capital = operating income / (total assets − current liabilities), the ROIC row’s definition; 15% is the framework’s return threshold. Gross margin = gross profit / revenue. Both from each year’s 10-K via SEC EDGAR. Moat analysis commonly looks at whether returns and margins held up over many years. These figures don’t say whether the company has an advantage, what it is, or whether it will last.
Capital allocation, 2022-2025: dividends or buybacks paid in every year (pass); $4.67B paid out against $7.43B of free cash flow (pass); total debt $3.28B to $3.54B, up 8.1%, 0.8x EBITDA (pass: not up more than 10%); shares outstanding 0.37B to 0.34B, down 9.5% (pass). 4 of 4 tests passed; the framework scores that as 5.
